GRACE PALJOR
‘Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days
of my life’
Greetings to you in Jesus’ precious name! It is of the Lord’s mercies that I am not consumed, because His compassions fail not. His mercies are new every morning, Great is Thy faithfulness O! Lord (Lam 3:22, 23)
I believe the Lord qualifies His called as He entrusted me with a leadership position in CFOI. Along with the support of the stalwarts of faith in the CFO family worldwide, I will be able to do my best for my Saviour and King Jesus for which I covet your prayers.
I’m thankful to my late Father-in-law Rev. Yonathan Paljor for introducing me to CFO in 1994 when I attended the first local camp in Gulmarg, Kashmir led by Mr Bashir. Glenn Clark’s vision of Christians as ‘Athletes in the Spirit’ helped me immensely in my spiritual journey with the Lord. I owe it to the pillars of faith in CFO India like Dr Prakash Masih, Johnson Thomas, Rev James Kumar, Nirmal Chandapa, and the Coilpillai family for their leadership in South Asia and through whom I have gleaned so much over the years in the CFO family. I also owe a lot to Bryan & Nancy Holland, Sheryl Monroe, Becky Sutherland, Sue Farley, Ed Ruddell, David Dobra and the CFOI family worldwide. The Lord is doing great things through the CFOI organism worldwide in South America and in East & West Africa.
You will be delighted to know, a new region of Southern Africa has been added this year through the tireless efforts of David Dobra, former CFOI President, his wife Martha Dobra and Pastor Harvey Chabinga.
Surely God’s goodness and mercy follow us as new Camps are being converted from Prayer Groups and a new region birthed. May the Lord raise up the youth to take up leadership positions and carry forward the vision the
Lord gave Glenn Clark. The message CFO carries of the Gospel is relevant in our world more than ever. We need
our globe to be wrapped in the Bond of Love, Belt of Prayer and the Prince of Peace to reign over hearts and nation. ‘Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let there be Peace on earth and may it begin with me’ Amen.

CFO EVENTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD
CFO SOUTHERN AFRICA A NEW REGION BIRTHED IN 2025
Harvey Chabinga, the first Regional Vice President of Southern Africa was appointed at the Annual Board
Meeting 2025 and a new region added. Harvey Chabinga conveys the following:
“Pastor Brasswell Nkhonjera, who in early 2002 or 2003 went to Kenya where he attended a CFO camp. After that he started introducing CFO to Malawi. For a long time Southern Africa was operating under East Africa. The first CFO was introduced to Malawi in Southern Africa. Many camps have been established since then. From Malawi, CFO expanded as we took CFO to Zimbabwe, a decade back. Then to Zambia about five years ago, then to Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, Eswatini and Lesotho. The same person who refused to welcome me was able to come and we made a great meeting and CFO was introduced to Lesotho. Now we plan to expand to Namibia and Madagascar as well. The recent Annual Board of Trustees met in the month of May and approved us as a Southern Region of Africa with RVP. Now we are open to anyone or any region to come to Southern Africa as we need to learn from all of you.”

DAVID DOBRA, FORMER PRESIDENT, CFOI BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHARES:
The story of how the new Southern African Region was created begins with the visit from East African countries who represented their region at the 2023 12th International Camp, in Washington state, USA.
They shared that it was difficult for the East Africa RVPs to travel to this large area of Africa to develop new prayer groups and camps. This had been a desire of leaders from the Southern African countries for many years. After prayer and discussion with the Executive team, we felt this was a good idea, but we needed to evaluate the possibility of a new region before we actually established it. Charlie Grassl suggested that Harvey Chabinga could be the “Missionary”/ CFOI Ambassador to this region to gather some definitive information and be supported financially to travel in the region and we could determine if we should create a Southern African Region at our Board meeting the next year, in 2024.
We presented the idea to the Board and it was accepted. Pastor Harvey was appointed as the new CFOI Ambassador to the region, he was responsible to develop contacts and inquire about the Camps and the Prayer groups that are already in this area. Then he would present his report to the Board at our next Annual meeting, in May 2024.
He was given a small stipend to help with travel expenses and the opportunity to be able to report back to us. At the Board meeting in 2024, Harvey shared and we saw his passion for this new region to be established. We presented it to the Board in 2025 for a vote and it was unanimously approved, to create a new region of the countries in southern Africa. The region would be called Southern Africa Region which would include Malawi, Zambia, South Africa, Tanzania, and others.

Proposal for Southern Africa Region to become its own region 2024/25
David Dobra: As The President of CFO International, I would like to make a Motion that the Southern Region of
Africa to stand on its own and to have its own RVP.
Reasons:
Southern Africa, under the ambassadorship of Harvey Chabinga has worked tremendously and established 8 National CFO Camps mentioned below along with their leaders.

- Camp MOZAMBIQUE : JOAO NJATANI
- Camp LESOTHO : LEMATHOLE SHAMZA
- Camp ESWATINI : JOSHUA KUNENE
- Camp SOUTH AFRICA : PASTOR NKABENI
- Camp ZIMBABWE : MAIROSI MUBVUMBI
- Camp BOTSWANA : INNOCENT TUKWAYO
- Camp ZAMBIA : RUEBEN MWALW
We have 23 Prayer Groups, with this development, we are bringing in a petition to present the Motion for Southern Africa to be a REGION and having its own RVP. We are planning this year of establishing Madagascar & Namibia. (Presented by Harvey Chabinga)
We thank God for the faithful servants of God who are toiling hard in the Kingdom of God to surround the world with a belt of prayer and bond of love, encouraging countless to be ‘Athletes in the Spirit’.
CFO SOUTH AMERICA
Nancy Holland, Secretary CFOI Board of Trustees is doing a tremendous job keeping in touch with CFO Peru. We are thankful to Carole Jones Grassl, who did an awesome job with connection and communication with CFOers in South America in the past years. Nancy reports on behalf of Cesar Cahuaza Chujutalli who is our RVP in Peru:
“Cesar has such a heart for the Kingdom of God and our Belt of Prayer around the world. Through his actively developing new camps, there are now 8 camps that have begun since 2021, with one new camp in Yurimaugas this May and a new Prayer group in Moyobamba which Hermano Cesar hopes will become a camp soon. There are now 11 chartered camps in Peru, so there is a camp meeting almost every month of the year. The joy of participating fully in the CFO week with all generations sharing their lives together is contagious. While the size of the camps vary; some with 100 to 200 in attendance, others with 30 to 60, the excitement cannot be contained as they often travel through very remote regions of Peru, sometimes by boat or on foot. We give glory to our wonderful Lord for each thriving camp in Peru and the impact they are making on the lives of our brothers and sisters there.”
CFO EAST AFRICA
The Regional Vice President, Joash Ligami shares about the National Camp that was held in Believers Revival
Mission Church, Shikangania – Kakamega Kenya from 27th to 30th August 2025 with the Theme: Abiding in Christ John 15:5-8.
By the grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ there were participants from four nations: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi. On Day 1 there were 30 participants, On Day Two 35 and Day Three 50 participants were blessed to be part of the National Camp.
On day one, we had 21 attendees from various camps and different countries. The following were camps represented: The following were camps represented:
- Uganda camps
- Tanzania camps
- Burundi camps
- Voi camp
- Eldoret camp
- Kakamega
- Ikolomani camp
- Mumias camp
- Emayingo camp
- Butere camp
We were blessed during this time to focus on ‘Abiding in Christ’ and live for Him alone and pray for the whole world.

CFO SOUTH ASIA
We thank and praise God for this opportunity to share about our region of South Asia. The two countries in the
region are India and Sri Lanka . We praise God that prayer groups are going on. Chennai CFO’ers meet every week online on Thursdays. The Chennai CFO’ers meet every quarter for a CFO Fellowship Day – a mini CFO day’s
programme. Generally around 40 attend this session and are immensely blessed. Some CFO’ers in the region participate along with others worldwide in the CFOI’s Hour Farthest Out programme on zoom once in two weeks and find it joyous and meaningful.
In Sri Lanka too there is a prayer group meeting every week in person and another online prayer group meeting once in two weeks. There are 4 Camps – Colombo South, Colombo North, Colombo Central, and Kandy. We met recently via Zoom and had meaningful discussions about CFO activities with NCR Executive members.
On February 4th 2025, more than 40 people attended a one day CFO Fellowship Day programme at the Union Church premises, at a place near Colombo. It was a glorious time in God’s presence with everyone enthusiastically participating in the Singing, Devotion in Motion, Creatives and Prayer session.
It may be mentioned that the first CFO camp in Sri Lanka was held in 1954 where Dr. Glenn Clark, Rev. Roland and Marcia Brown were present. They had also visited India during that time.
The CFO’ers in Sri Lanka had a special Thanksgiving Service to celebrate 70 years of CFO in the island nation. We give all praise and glory to God alone. Our prayer is that many will continue to be blessed through CFO, and have a deep understanding of His Calvary love and forgiveness, dwell in prayer and walk closer with the Lord daily.

CFO NORTH AMERICA UPDATE
Summer is the busiest time for camps! By God’s grace all scheduled Camps took place across the U.S. and Canada. Here are some Testimonies:
“God has used CFO to mature me in Christ. To me this means that places I have received woundings in my life
have received healing here. For example, being in large groups of people (10 or more) has been a life-long struggle. I have been able to find a measure of peace and grace at CFO because of God’s special presence. I am able to be more of my authentic self here. Yea, God!”
“Washington CFO is a family camp. We had children, teens, parents, and grandparents. They ranged in age from an infant girl of several months to my husband and me in our late 70s. I love the fact that CFO is inter-generational and that we all have opportunities to relate to one another and minister to one another.
The baby was fussy. She’d been passed from Grandma to Auntie and around. No one seemed to be able to make her happy. Then a tall gentleman with a gray beard reached out his arms. He took the baby and laid her on his brawny chest. She snuggled into him, relaxing and finally at peace. We named him the “baby whisperer.” God provides for each of us exactly what we need – whether it is a safe “port in the storm” or a baby to comfort us!”
“My first CFO experience was 2015 at Healing Camp in Encino, CA. The most memorable experience was the powerful prayer group, and secondly the opportunity to pray for attendees during the day and after the meetings. The prayer group had two leaders who (shockingly) bared their souls, were very transparent with desperate serious needs they had. We waited on the Lord for each of them and gave them what we heard from the Lord. It was moving and compelling. On the third day of prayer group I knew I better do the same because I had a desperate serious need and God was obviously moving on behalf of His people who would humble themselves. I could do this with strangers because of the brave examples from these two leaders on the previous two days. I received one anointed word from the Lord that I continue to pray over myself to this day. I praise God for His mighty filling and for these two saints.”
“To me it is important that we are able to hear each other’s hearts and concerns. Yes, the “Red” [red letters/words of Jesus] is important; so is the rest of God’s Holy inspired Word. At a “buffet,” I miss a lot if I only pick out the “cherries.” …When we were young CFOers, we stayed in the Hillside Dormitory [at MN Koronis CFO] so we could buy and read more books. After a few years, this thought came to my mind, “Why don’t you read– My Book and see what I have to say instead of reading what others say about Me.” This was a life-changing thought. I tried to follow a plan that would lead me through the Bible in a year and [I] read the New Testament and the Psalms and the Proverbs twice. Every time I read the Bible, the Holy Spirit shows me new truths. God’s Word is New and Timeless. I still read other anointed books but I try to read the Bible every day as my reference point. Ed Ruddell told me that every time he saw Glenn Clark he was carrying his big Bible. I am renewed each day when I read God’s Holy anointed Word.”

I had the privilege of attending the Camp 1833 “More Than Conquerors” which was held in rural Tennessee on Oct. 10-13, 2025. The target age group (18-33 yrs.) was invited to participate in an adventurous weekend of worship, prayer, healing, community building, and featured a “spiritual obstacle course.”
Thirty people attended the camp, experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit to minister to each one through a variety of ways. Some of the most impactful moments occurred during prayer around the campfire each night. Several young adults served as speakers, worship leaders, prayer group facilitators, and overall leaders for the weekend. We want to see the next generation rise up in boldness to proclaim the Gospel to a culture in desperate need of a Savior. Thankfully, CFO is responding to this need, and is hoping to have at least two more such events in 2026.
